But Shane has an even bigger problem: he thinks the white male suicide rate simply isn’t high enough. Despite white men already accounting for roughly 70% of suicides in the United States, Shane believes the remaining 30% represents an unacceptable inequality.
His solution: the *“White Male Lives Don’t Matter”* movement.
The mission is simple: appropriate the remaining share of suicides currently committed by oppressed and marginalized groups until straight white men finally achieve 100% representation.
There’s just one complication.
